Anxiety and fear are relentless, especially when facing a difficult experience like surgery. Your mind can start running crazy, wondering: “What happens if everything doesn’t go according to plan?,” “How painful will the surgery be?,” and “What happens if I don’t make it?” Anxiety and fear are two of the enemy’s most popular weapons that he uses against us.
