The spirit of affliction is a very bad example. It is from the devil to paralyze people’s destiny. The spirit of affliction has become a long battle for many Christians. They keep fighting against a problem over and over again. Whenever the situation subsides, another challenges takes over. That’s why many believers are tired of praying, fasting. Some ended up landing themselves in the hands of strangers who only take advantage of their weaknesses. There is hardly any area of life that has not received any affliction of the wicked. The Bible says, Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all (Psalm 34:19). The spirit of affliction constitutes hardship, troubles, struggling, poverty etc. The moment you determine to be a righteous person, the spirit of affliction will become brutal. The more you are born again, the more the enemies that will trouble you. The greater the glory, the greater the satanic attacks. When some people are closer to their breakthrough, the intensity of the affliction would be much. James 5:13, Is any among you afflicted? Let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms. This passage is a cry for those who are afflicted to pray even more. Prayer is the best medicine to curb the menace of affliction in a person’s life. When a person is attacked spiritually, instead of him to convert his time to prayers, then he began to visit different places for spiritual helps. The Bible says, pray immediately you observe the spirit of affliction is manifesting in your life. When the enemy wants to attack, he introduces the spirit of affliction. So many believers are under satanic bondage. Affliction of the wicked can affect anyone. It can manifest in the form of pains, troubles, disappointments, distressed, bitterness, embarrassment, sickness, shame etc The satanic plan behind the spirit of affliction is to rob you of your opportunity of savouring the joy of success in any endeavour in life. Mysterious attacks are used by the wicked powers to send arrows of affliction into the life of people. The demon will not rest until a person under their hold is brought down and disgraced. I pray for you that, your enemy will not disgrace you, in Jesus name. Nahum 1:9, ”What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.” This passage means that the spirit of affliction will end today, but it will never rise up the second time. This means that the Lord will fight against any satanic powers for your sake. The affliction was much on Job when he could not enjoy the blessings of God. The Bible says, ”So went Satan forth from the presence of the LORD, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown. ” (Job 2:7) There was another man at the pool of Bethesda who had an infirmity for good 38 years. The Bible says (John 5:1-15), Let’s look at verse 6-11, ”Jesus saw lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to be made well?” The sick man answered Him, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me.” Jesus said to him, “Rise, take up your bed and walk. And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked. And that day was the Sabbath. The Jews therefore said to him who was cured, “It is the Sabbath; it is not lawful for you to carry your bed. He answered them, “He who made me well said to me, ‘Take up your bed and walk.’” Many are going through various levels of afflictions and they have simply tried almost everything to ensure there deliverance is obtained. But it’s as if the more they pray, the more the spirit of affliction. Lot of believers are currently experiencing marital and financial affliction. The mark of a true believer is to engage the devil in spiritual warfare and win (Eph 6:11-12). For example, any person that find it difficult to fulfill destiny indicate that such a person is operating under the spirit of affliction. There are people who have received the arrow of affliction in their dreams. The spirit of affliction can make a person to suffer without no help. A person who is afflicted can not enjoy marriage. A person who is afflicted is a person who can make impact. Psalm 30:5, ”For his anger endureth but a moment in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. ” In the wake of the affliction, the Bible says, it will turn to joy very soon, in the name of Jesus. Thank God for the strength during the trials and temptations Thank God for His promises made concerning your affliction Thank God for His presence during the yoke of affliction Thank God for His spirit that has never departed from you Thank God because He has conquered for people and your case will not be exempted Thank God for making you a living testimony. Thank God because He will never let you down or disappoint you Thank God that He brought you into it and He will see you through Thank God that you are experiencing another new day, which is a sign that He is still with you Thank God for the food you ate and the water you drank. Thank God for providing for your needs. Thank God for being the Author and the Finisher of your faith. Thank God for His protection over your life Thank God for not allow the affliction to regenerate Thank God for His revelation and words during your affliction Spirit Of Affliction Is Over In Jesus Name Is the spirit of affliction severe? Thou spirit of affliction that have sentenced my life to penury, poverty, and hardship, your time is up, die by fire, in the name of Jesus. Spirit of affliction mocking my efforts and labour, die for my success to appear now, in the name of Jesus. Every dark affliction and troubles of this world storming my life, I smite you with the floodlight of Jesus, scatter and flee from me now, in the name of Jesus. Every trendy affliction that is affecting all the firstborns and daughters in my family, break by the power of the most High, in the name of Jesus. You the spirit of hardship that has troubled my parents and wants to assign against me, turn back to your root and decay there, in the name of Jesus. Any wicked hand that has been tormenting and oppressing my life, wither with your full hands and die by fire, in the name of Jesus. Every chain of affliction in my environment hindering destinies, be removed and be destroyed by the blood of Jesus. O Lord visit the root of my life with the fire of the Holy Ghost in Jesus name. Evil plantation hidden within my life waiting to manifest on my glory die in Jesus name. My life attract and retain the blessings of God in Jesus name. My Father, let the rain of affliction fall upon the unrepentant enemies, in the name of Jesus. The spirit of affliction shall not locate me and my family, in the name of Jesus. You sickness affliction, out of my body now, in the name of Jesus. You late marriage affliction, hear the word of the Lord, flee away from me, in the name of Jesus. Every filthy garment clothed by the wicked one to ruin down my purpose in life, catch fire, in Jesus name. O God arise and destroy every stranger stealing and gathering my blessings, in Jesus name. Father, let every marine spirit following and watching me everywhere I go, I bring them to nought. Their marine eyes shall close forever, in Jesus name. Any spirit of affliction that has covered my efforts and beauty, be opened by fire, in the name of Jesus. I command every strongman manufacturing affliction in my body from any of my family members, catch fire, in the name of Jesus. Every stone of affliction thrown at my house backfire, int he name of Jesus.
