A prayer is a powerful tool for mission and evangelism. Here are four prayer points to help you get started:

Pray for God to raise up passionate laborers for the harvest. The Great Commission is not optional for Christians – it is a mandate. But we cannot do it alone. We need God to send forth laborers into the harvest.

Pray for spiritual breakthroughs in the lives of those who are lost. We are praying that God will work in the hearts of those who are lost, opening their eyes to the truth of the Gospel and drawing them into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ.

Pray for boldness and wisdom as we share the Gospel. It is not always easy to share our faith, but we need to be bold in our witness for Christ. At the same time, we need the wisdom to know when and how to share the Gospel in a way that is respectful and effective.

Pray for God’s protection and provision as we go forth on our mission. We know that there are spiritual forces at work against us as we attempt to advance the Gospel. But we also know that our God is greater than any force that comes against us. We pray for His protection and provision as we go forth on our mission.
