Let’s Pray

I will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before me, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands.(Isaiah 55:12)
I will reap with songs of joy as I have sowed with tears. I will return with songs of joy carrying sheaves with me as I have gone out weeping, carrying seeds to sow. (Psalm 126:5-6)
God of hope fills me with all joy and peace as I trust in him, so that I may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.(Romans 15:13)
I consider it pure joy, whenever I encounter trials or fall into various temptations.
I know that trials and proving of faith bring out endurance and steadfastness and patience. When these have full play and do a thorough work, I am perfectly and fully developed lacking in nothing.(James 1:2 to 4)
I am intentional in rejoicing and being joyful as I know that the kingdom of God is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit, ( Romans 14:17 )
Lord, i thank you as You have put more joy in my heart than they have when their grain and wine abound.(Psalm 4:7)
My lips will shout for joy, when I sing praises to you, my God. (Psalm 71:23)
May the God of hope fill me with all joy and peace as I trust in him, so that I may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 15:13)
Jesus Christ has come to my life that I may have life, abundant life. (John 10:10)

Heavenly Father, I come before You today asking that You would fill my mind with Your peace and my heart with Your joy. Give me the supernatural ability to lay down all the burdens and worries I have for my life, family, and future. So, that I may overflow with Your hope. In the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

Loving Lord, You know me very well and You know every kind of anxiety that is within me. You are the source of all good things and I come to You seeking Your abundant joy even when I am facing stormy seas and trials that threaten to overwhelm me. Lord, I know that whether life seems easy or hard; You are my best friend and You are the first one I should run to when I am celebrating or in trouble.

Bless me with counsel and joy that will cover me even during nights of crying and shaking with fear. Your Word in the book of Psalms 16:5-11 reminds me You have made me know the path that You have for me: a path of life full of Your presence and joy. Thank You, Jesus, for filling my tongue with praise for Your name and my soul with joy unexplainable. amen and amen!

God, You are my joy giver. I confess my need for Your Spirit to fill my life afresh with joy. I know You are good, but it feels like I cannot see a glimpse of that goodness recently. Forgive me for not trusting You but for believing the lies of the devil even when I knew Your Words are true. Give me clarity to see all that You have for me.

Faithful Lord, please help me experience this joy that I have read about in Your Word, which is described as being beyond human understanding.

At the start of every day, help me see You in everything. Enable me to be grateful for every situation, Father. Thank You, Lord, that Your presence is always with me and Your joy never depends on my circumstances. Fill my mouth with laughter and my lips with shouting Lord. Thank You for this fruit of the spirit called joy. In the name of Jesus, I pray, amen.

Heavenly Father, I pray You will bless me with joy and happiness and lead me away from all forms of hate, bitterness, and anxiety. Give me a new level of happiness to the point it overflows onto others. Help me sense Your Spirit every day and to allow Him to bring Your light and grace all over my body and every corner of my heart. Thank You, Jesus, that I am resting in Your hands. Amen and amen!

Father God, nothing is impossible for You, nothing is hard for You. Today, I pray for laughter. It is said that laughter is like a medicine, and currently I feel like I need a double dose. I know that the message from Proverbs says a cheerful heart is good medicine, but a downcast spirit dries up the bones. Help us find the peace necessary for our joy to bubble up. So that we can laugh, giggle, and smile all because of You. In Jesus’ name, amen and amen.
