Thank you, Heavenly Father, for gathering a group of women who love Christ under one roof. This is not something we take for granted. Your word says that if anybody is lacking in wisdom, they should inquire, and you will provide it. Lord, give us wisdom so that we can run this retreat in a way that honors your name. Put your words into our mouths so that we can edify and build one other up. Please assist us in being quick to listen, slow to talk, and slow to become angry. We believe and pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.
So many things happen, Father, that end up scaring women who have made a commitment to serve you. The demands of life, as well as the attacks of the enemy, cause many women to second-guess themselves, and some of them abandon their desire to serve you in ministry. Father God, bestow your divine might on women who are dedicated to helping in various roles all around the world. Remind them to be brave when the winds of life are blowing against them. I believe and pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.
Lord, according to your word, unless you are the one who built a city, the builders work in vain. During this conference, let us establish the works of our hands in our churches and homes. May what we learn today encourage us to continue to be women who glorify your holy name. May our words, ideas, and deeds be in accordance with your word. We thank you, Lord, for your kindness and protection. We believe and pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.
Father in heaven, I thank you for all of the women who have gathered here in your name. We have left our homes and families to come here to gather as ladies who love Christ and study the Bible together. Your word says we should build each other up, and that is exactly what we will do during these sessions. Lord, help us to become women who are rooted in your word. Please assist us in following the Holy Spirit’s leading in whatever we do. We believe and pray in Jesus’ name, Amen
Dear Lord, we come before your throne of grace to thank you for joining us as women to serve you and carry out your plans in this world. It is difficult for women to get together for a same goal without any hint of struggle or contention. Lord, give us strength so that we can stand solid as one and carry out the plans you’ve laid out for us. Strengthen us in our inner being so that we can withstand all of the enemy’s attacks. Lord, we love and respect you. We pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.
Thank you, Lord, for sending the Holy Spirit to assist us in all things. May he guide us in everything we do during bible study and fellowship. Holy Spirit, lead us on the right path and open up scripture in a deeper level so that we can recognize Jesus Christ in every verse we read. Prepare our hearts to be fruitful ground for the message that the guest speaker will share with us today. Continue to guide us in whatever we do and show us how to implement what we have learnt in our lives once we leave this place. We pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.

As women, we face numerous problems, and there are times when we want to give up everything. But we know you made us for a reason, and by your grace, we can bear anything you’ve given us. Help us to stay dedicated to your plans and to our relationship with you so that we do not wander from our calling, not just as moms or wives, but also as women committed to serving God in many ministries. We pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.
